Here is another great recipe for your Super Bowl spread!
Hot Dog & Bacon Bites (Crock Pot)

Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:4 hours
Total Time:4 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 packages hot dogs cut in half or into thirds
- brown sugar (enough to cover layers, about 1/2–3/4 cup total)
- 1 lb bacon cut in half lengthwise
Instructions
-
Cut each hot dog into halves or thirds, depending on the size you want.
-
Wrap each hot dog piece with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
-
Arrange a single layer of the bites in the bottom of the Crock Pot and sprinkle with brown sugar — about a few tablespoons per layer, using roughly 1/2 to 3/4 cup total.
-
Continue layering bites and sprinkling brown sugar until all pieces are in the Crock Pot.
-
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until bacon is cooked through and the sugar has created a glossy glaze.
Notes
If you prefer crispier bacon, partially cook the bacon first (just until it starts to render but is still pliable), then wrap and finish in the Crock Pot. Serve warm straight from the slow cooker with toothpicks for easy snacking.
