Tropical Mango Mojito Mocktail for your Easter Table!
Easter is approaching, and it’s the perfect time to plan a fresh, flavorful holiday menu. For me, Easter dishes should feel bright and inviting, and beverages are no exception. Whether you’re hosting brunch, lunch, or dinner, a vibrant mocktail is a welcoming addition that everyone at the table can enjoy. This year I’m serving a Tropical Mango Mojito Mocktail — a refreshing, family-friendly drink that highlights the bright fruit flavors of Torani’s Sugar Free syrups.

Easter Brunch Menu
Easter gatherings vary, but they all share one thing: people coming together to enjoy food and company. When you map out your brunch menu, remember the drinks. A thoughtfully chosen mocktail can complement sweet pastries and savory mains alike.
The Tropical Mango Mojito Mocktail is an easy, crowd-pleasing choice. It’s crafted from a few simple ingredients that work in harmony to deliver tropical, citrusy, and minty notes. Pair it with classics like deviled eggs, flaky cinnamon rolls, and a honey-baked ham for a well-rounded Easter spread.

What is a Virgin Mojito?
A virgin mojito is the non-alcoholic version of the classic mojito cocktail, built on mint, lime, and sparkling water. For this recipe I put a tropical spin on that template, swapping in mango and coconut sugar-free syrups to create a bright, flavorful mocktail that still feels light and refreshing.
The base of this drink is club soda (or sparkling water) with fresh lime and mint. Adding Torani Sugar Free Mango and Sugar Free Coconut syrup brings pronounced tropical sweetness without extra calories, making it a great option for friends and family who want flavorful drinks without added sugar.
It’s quick to assemble and is suitable for all ages, which makes it an excellent choice for an Easter brunch menu or any spring gathering.

Why Torani Sugar Free Syrups?
Torani Sugar Free Syrups are a simple, reliable way to introduce bright flavors to beverages without adding sugar or excessive calories. They blend well with sparkling water, juices, and other mixers, allowing you to create lighter versions of classic cocktails and original mocktails alike.
These syrups are made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and come in a wide range of flavors. For this mocktail I use Sugar Free Mango and Sugar Free Coconut — two pantry staples that pair beautifully to create a tropical profile. A small amount of syrup goes a long way and opens possibilities for many different drinks and desserts.
Keep a bottle of your favorite sugar-free flavors on hand for easy, consistent flavoring when you want to elevate a drink without extra fuss.
