Chicken and Bacon Garlic Bread Pizza – I had an extra loaf of garlic bread left over from Mother’s Day, so I turned it into an easy, crowd-pleasing pizza. This recipe is quick, flexible, and perfect when you want something satisfying without making dough from scratch.

Starting Your Chicken and Bacon Garlic Bread Pizza
You can use a store-bought unbaked loaf of garlic bread or spread homemade garlic butter on a split French loaf. Either approach gives you a flavorful base that crisps up nicely in the oven.

Once the loaf is buttered, don’t bake it yet. Top the garlic side with shredded mozzarella, cooked diced chicken, and crumbled bacon. You can add tomato sauce and any traditional pizza toppings if you prefer, but the garlic butter with chicken and bacon is delicious on its own. For convenience, I often keep a bag of pre-cooked bacon crumbles in the fridge for salads, eggs, and quick recipes like this.

Finish with diced fresh tomatoes and chopped chives for brightness and color. Sliced green onions would work well, too—use whichever fresh herbs or onions you have on hand.

Bake the topped loaf at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Finish under the broiler for 1–2 minutes to get the cheese bubbly and lightly browned—watch it closely so it doesn’t burn.
